The ground rules for using PaisaTrade. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Last Updated: April 2026.

Key point: PaisaTrade is a purely educational platform. We do not provide investment advice, stock tips, or trading recommendations. All paper trading is done with virtual (fake) money.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaisaTrade.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

PaisaTrade is an educational platform. All content — including courses, articles, PaisaGPT AI responses, screener data, and market information — is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations.

PaisaTrade is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. We do not recommend buying or selling specific securities.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • One account per person — multiple accounts will be terminated

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, articles, tools, and platform code are the intellectual property of PaisaTrade. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content without written permission.

5. Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months, but may do so at our discretion for annual plans within 7 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Market data displayed may have delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

PaisaTrade shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial decisions made based on platform content, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
